Two scissors for home and office

The set includes an 8-inch pair for general cutting and a 5-inch pair for detailed work. Both have stainless steel blades with a non-stick coating that resists gumming from tape and glue. Sculpted SoftGrip handles reduce hand fatigue during extended use.

Replaces single-size scissors

A single pair forces compromise between reach and precision. This set lets you match the tool to the task without switching grips or struggling with awkward angles. The jump is worth it when you regularly cut both large sheets and small intricate shapes.

Limited by hand-powered cutting

The blades rely entirely on manual force, so thick cardboard, heavy fabric or dense plastics will slow you down. Non-stick coating helps with adhesive residue but does not sharpen the edge. Very hard materials can still dull the stainless steel over time.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 8-inch and 5-inch scissors in the 166343 set?

The packaged set measures 2.8956 cm long, 11.9126 cm wide and 26.4922 cm high; individual blade lengths are 8 inches and 5 inches as named in the model.

How do I properly maintain the non-stick coating on the stainless steel blades?

Wipe blades clean after cutting tape or glue; avoid abrasive scrubbers and dishwasher cycles so the non-stick surface stays effective.

When will the SoftGrip handles or blades need replacement?

Blades hold a sharp edge for long-lasting performance; replace only if tips bend, pivot loosens, or non-stick coating wears through after heavy adhesive use.
