Adjustable Resistance Range

The FitBeast DZWLQ003 provides continuously adjustable resistance from 10 to 132 lbs, covering the needs of beginners through to advanced athletes. The wide span lets a single tool replace multiple fixed grippers as strength improves. It stops being useful once a user requires tension beyond the 132 lb maximum.

Ergonomic Handles and Build

Extended ergonomic handles are shaped to reduce strain and fatigue during repeated squeezing. A textured non-slip surface keeps the grip secure even with sweaty hands. The steel spring and plastic frame weigh 4.8 ounces and measure 6.2 by 4.5 inches, making the unit easy to carry in a gym bag.

Rehabilitation and Daily Use

The trainer suits strength training, sports conditioning, stress relief and physical therapy for hand, wrist or forearm injuries. Musicians, office workers and seniors can use it to maintain dexterity without heavy equipment. It does not replace specialised therapy devices that offer finer incremental steps or isolated finger resistance.

Questions about this item

Will the 6.2-inch length fit in the same gym bag pocket as my old 5-inch spring gripper?

At 6.2 inches long and 4.5 inches wide, the DZWLQ003 is slightly larger than a 5-inch gripper but still compact enough for most gym bag pockets.

How can I verify the resistance is actually set between 10 and 132 lbs after I adjust the knob?

Turn the adjustment knob until the indicator aligns with your desired poundage; the steel spring provides consistent tension so you feel the selected resistance immediately during each squeeze.

Does the package include a carrying case or just the single light blue unit?

The box contains one light blue adjustable grip strengthener (model DZWLQ003) only; no case, strap or extra accessories are included.
