Portable grip kit

The FitBeast WOLIQI001 set includes five adjustable hand grips made from rubber and stainless steel in black. Each unit weighs 0.4 kg and measures 1.1 inches, creating a compact package that fits easily in a gym bag or desk drawer. The textured handles provide a secure hold during repetitive squeezing exercises.

Suits rehab and daily training

This kit serves anyone rebuilding hand strength after injury, musicians developing finger control, or office workers combating stiffness from typing. The adjustable resistance lets users start light and increase load as capacity improves. Buyers needing heavier fixed loads or digital tracking should look at something else.

Consistent feel over long sessions

Stainless-steel springs maintain their tension through repeated cycles without the drop-off common in cheaper coils. Rubber grips resist sweat absorption, so the surface stays tacky during extended sets. The simple mechanism has no moving parts to loosen, delivering the same resistance curve on the last repetition as on the first.

Questions about this item

What hand size works with the 1.1" grip diameter?

The 1.1" diameter suits average adult hands; the contoured shape and textured rubber handle fill the palm without overstretching fingers.

Can I keep using my fixed-resistance grips alongside this adjustable set?

Yes — the five-piece kit covers beginner to advanced levels so you can swap between fixed and adjustable units as your routine demands.

How do I know the resistance is actually changing when I turn the adjuster?

You will feel a distinct click at each setting and the spring tension increases noticeably from the lightest to the heaviest position.
