What this kit charges

The Fitquipment A1670 kit includes two 12W USB power adapters and two six-foot Lightning cables. It is built for owners of iPad and iPhone models that use the Lightning connector, including the iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2017, iPad Pro 10.5-inch 2017, iPad Pro 9.7-inch 2016, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2015, iPad Air 10.5-inch 2019, iPad Air 9.7-inch 2014, iPad Air 9.7-inch 2013, iPad Mini 7.9-inch 2019, iPad Mini 7.9-inch 2015 and iPad Mini 7.9-inch 2014, plus earlier iPad, iPhone and iPod units with Lightning ports. The adapters fold flat for packing.

Power delivery and data limits

Each adapter delivers a maximum of 12 watts at 5 volts and 2.4 amps from a single USB-A port. The cables support data syncing at up to 480 megabits per second. The adapters accept a wide input range of 100 to 240 volts, so they work on mains supplies worldwide when paired with the appropriate plug. The USB-A interface caps charging at 12 watts and data at USB 2.0 speeds, so newer iPad Pro models that support higher wattage or faster transfer will not reach those rates with this kit.

Check your device port and plug type

Before ordering, confirm that your iPad, iPhone or iPod uses a Lightning port rather than USB-C. The included cables are USB-A to Lightning only. Also verify which mains plug standard you need; the adapters have foldable US-style pins and the description notes that other plug types such as EU can be swapped, but the kit itself ships with the US configuration.
