Gray LeatherSoft wingback chair

The Flash Furniture Egg Series chair is a gray LeatherSoft wingback designed for reception areas and conference rooms. It combines a contemporary style with integrated curved arms and a removable lumbar pillow measuring 12 to 13 inches wide by 8 to 10 inches high and 2 inches thick. The seat cushion uses CA117 fire-retardant foam and meets ANSI/BIFMA standards with Green certification. It supports up to 300 lb.

Assembly and common issues

The chair ships unassembled and requires assembly on a metal frame with a fixed support style. No casters or glides are included and the arms are not adjustable. Common issues include misaligned bolts during frame attachment and difficulty fitting the lumbar pillow to the curved back if the pillow is not centred before tightening. Ensure all hardware is present before starting.

Space and setup checks

Verify the overall dimensions of 30 inches wide, 30 inches deep and 38 inches high fit the intended room and doorway clearances. Confirm the seat height of 18 inches and seat depth of 20 inches suit the users and any desk or table height. Check that the floor surface is suitable for a chair without casters or glides. The gray metal frame and gray faux leather upholstery should match the existing decor.
