400 Ws Battery Monolight
The Flashpoint XPLOR 400PRO TTL is a lithium-powered monolight rated at 400 watt-seconds with a Bowens mount adapter. It includes a built-in R2 2.4 GHz radio receiver compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji and Micro Four Thirds systems. The kit adds a 25-inch Glow EZ Lock collapsible beauty dish for shaped, soft output.
Sustained Output and Recycle
At full power the unit delivers up to 390 flashes per charge from its 21.6 V 2600 mAh battery. Recycle time ranges from 0.01 to 1 second, allowing rapid sequences without thermal throttling. High-speed sync and IGBT circuitry maintain consistent exposure across the frame during extended sessions.
Radio Range and Sync Limits
The integrated 2.4 GHz R2 system provides reliable triggering up to 72 metres (236 feet) at ISO 100 with the supplied reflector. TTL and high-speed sync functions operate within this radius. Beyond that distance manual power control remains possible but automatic metering and HSS are not guaranteed.

Questions about this item
How loud is the cooling fan on the 400ws XPLOR 400PRO during all-day shoots?
The monolight uses a built-in fan that runs only when the flash tube needs cooling; it stays quiet at low power and ramps up briefly after full-power bursts.
Which camera body and trigger must I already own to use TTL and High Speed Sync with this monolight?
You need a Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji or Micro Four Thirds body plus any Flashpoint R2 or Godox X-series 2.4 GHz transmitter mounted on the hot shoe.
Will my older Bowens-mount softboxes and reflectors fit the XPLOR 400PRO without an extra adapter?
The included Bowens-mount adapter ring lets every legacy Bowens accessory lock on directly, so existing modifiers work immediately.
