Questions about this item

How do I install the mount on a horizontal air vent and what step do people miss?

Clip the vent attachment onto the horizontal blades, then tighten the rear screw until the ball joint locks; the step most people miss is fully tightening that screw so the holder does not sag.

What maintenance will the magnetic surface and RGB LEDs need over time?

Wipe the magnetic face with a dry microfibre cloth weekly to remove dust that weakens grip; the LEDs are sealed and need no service.

At what power level does the charger throttle during a long drive?

The 15 W wireless output drops when the phone or charger overheats; sustained full speed needs a QC 3.0 car adapter and good cabin airflow.
