Classroom Privacy Solution

Flipside Products 19280 provides 24 trifold study carrels designed for classrooms and testing centres. Transparent corrugated plastic panels create instant desk dividers that keep students focused and reduce visual distractions. The pack supports distancing requirements and sets up quickly for exams or private study sessions. Teachers can deploy them across multiple rooms or store them flat when not needed.

Hygiene and Durability

Waterproof plastic surfaces wipe clean with standard disinfectants and resist moisture damage from daily classroom use. Panels fold flat without hinges or moving parts so there is no mechanical wear and no noise during setup or takedown. The lightweight construction makes them easy to reposition between lessons or testing periods. No power or maintenance is required.

Dimensions That Define Fit

Each carrel measures 12 inches high with a 46.5 inch total width when open. The centre panel spans 23.5 inches and each side panel is 11.5 inches wide. Buyers needing taller barriers, opaque screens or a different panel count will need another product.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the 12"H x 46.5"W trifold carrel on a desk?

Unfold the centre panel and swing each 11.5"W side panel out until the hinges rest flat; the missed step is pressing each crease firmly so the unit stays rigid instead of folding back.

What cleaning or replacement will the corrugated plastic panels need over time?

Wipe the waterproof surfaces with a damp cloth; replace any panel that cracks or loses rigidity, as the material cannot be repaired once the flutes are crushed.

What dimension limits how many 12"H carrels fit side-by-side on a 46.5"W table?

Each carrel spans 46.5"W when open, so only one fits per table unless you overlap the 11.5"W side panels, which reduces privacy.
