Floortex Clear Chair Mat 30 x 48

The Floortex 874951005472 is a rectangular clear chair mat sized 30 by 48 inches and 0.075 inches thick. It is made from an enhanced polymer containing 50 percent recycled content and is 100 percent recyclable. The mat protects hard floors from caster wear, scuffs and spills while providing a smooth glide surface for office chairs. It lies flat immediately without curling or cupping.

Ideal for hard floor workstations

This mat suits home or office users who need ergonomic easy-glide movement on hard flooring such as wood, laminate or tile. The enhanced polymer will not sink, crack, discolor or smell under normal use and is compatible with underfloor heating. It is not suitable for carpeted floors and buyers who want a mat for carpet should look elsewhere. The 5 percent size tolerance means exact dimensions may vary slightly.

Sustained daily rolling performance

Under continuous daily rolling the enhanced polymer maintains a rigid flat surface that resists permanent indentation from chair casters. The material does not react with varnished or lacquered wood finishes and remains free of phthalates, tin, lead and cadmium. Greenguard certification confirms low chemical emissions during long-term indoor use. The mat is backed by a one-year limited warranty.

How can I verify the FCECO123048EP mat is performing as intended after I unroll it?

It should lie instantly flat with no curling, allow the chair to glide smoothly, show the floor clearly through the high-clarity surface, and emit no odor.
