Clear Chair Mat for Low-Pile Carpet

This transparent mat measures 36 by 48 inches and is designed for carpet up to a quarter inch thick. It protects flooring from caster wear, scuffs and spills while letting the carpet show through. The PVC formulation contains no DIDP phthalates, lead, cadmium, tin or BPA. It suits home offices and commercial workstations alike.

Ergonomic Glide Surface Limits

The smooth vinyl surface reduces the effort needed to roll a caster chair, helping to lessen leg and lower back fatigue during long sessions. It is guaranteed not to crack, chip, break or shatter under normal use and correct application. The material includes up to 20 percent recycled content and is fully recyclable. Manufacturing uses 50 percent renewable energy.

Check Carpet Thickness and Sizing

Verify that your carpet pile does not exceed a quarter inch, as thicker carpet can prevent the mat from lying flat and may cause instability. Allow for a manufacturing tolerance of plus or minus five percent on the stated dimensions. Ensure the 36 by 48 inch footprint fits the intended desk area before ordering.
