Beach tent for family shade

The Flowerhouse White Bracket beach tent provides a covered area of 86.6 inches long by 59 inches wide and 48 inches high. It accommodates three to four people and is intended for beach, park, lake, camping, fishing or backyard use. The silver-coated polyester fabric delivers UPF 50+ protection against ultraviolet rays.

UPF 50+ limit and light rain only

The UPF 50+ rating blocks most UV radiation but does not replace sunscreen for prolonged exposure. The water-repellent polyester handles light rain; the manufacturer advises avoiding use in heavy rain. The 8.0 mm fiberglass frame is rust-free and designed to hold its shape over repeated set-ups.

Check packed size and anchor needs

The tent folds to 17 inches high by 4 inches long by 4 inches wide and weighs 3.9 pounds in its carry bag. Verify that this packed size fits your luggage or backpack. Sandbags and stakes are included for anchoring on sand or grass; confirm the supplied quantities match the ground conditions you expect.

Questions about this item

Which size should I choose — the 86.6"L x 59"W x 48"H shelter or the 82.6"L x 47.2"W x 51.2"H option?

The 86.6"L x 59"W x 48"H model fits 3-4 people with a 40-inch floor extension for extra room, while the 82.6"L x 47.2"W x 51.2"H version is a 3-person light tent with smaller footprint.

What does the UPF 50+ rating mean when the shelter is set up on the beach?

The silver-coated 190T polyester fabric provides UPF 50+ protection, blocking harmful UV rays across the 86.6"L x 59"W coverage area for 3-4 occupants.

How does the 8.0 mm fiberglass frame perform in wind compared to the 19.0 mm aluminum pole option?

The 8.0 mm imported fiberglass poles are rust-free and keep the shelter stable; the 19.0 mm aluminum poles on the 8x8 FT cabana offer thicker structural support for larger spans.
