Complete Vinyl System

The Fluance RT81 turntable and Ai41 powered speakers arrive together as a ready-to-play package for listeners who want analog performance without assembling separate components. The belt-drive deck includes a built-in preamp and an Audio Technica AT95E diamond stylus, while the active bookshelf pair supplies 90 watts of Class D amplification. Bluetooth connectivity adds wireless streaming alongside the physical RCA connection.

AT95E Elliptical Stylus

The cartridge choice is the single specification that determines whether this turntable meets a buyer's fidelity expectations. The factory-fitted Audio Technica AT95E uses an elliptical diamond tip that tracks grooves more precisely than conical alternatives, reducing distortion on demanding inner grooves. Its output level and compliance suit the integrated Texas Instruments preamp without further adjustment.

Sustained Listening Stability

During extended sessions the belt-drive motor maintains consistent speed without the wow fluctuations that can appear on lighter mechanisms under load. The internally braced MDF cabinets and rear bass ports keep low-frequency output controlled when the 5-inch woven glass fiber drivers are pushed at higher volumes. The 90-watt amplifier delivers clean headroom for dynamic passages without thermal compression.

Questions about this item

How loud does the 90 W amplifier get in a typical room?

The built-in 90 W Class D amplifier drives the 5-inch woven glass-fibre drivers and silk-dome tweeters to clean, room-filling stereo levels without a separate amp.

What does the Bluetooth connection actually let me do with this system?

Bluetooth lets you stream music from a phone or tablet directly to the Ai41 speakers while the turntable stays connected via RCA for vinyl playback.

Will the 30.06 lb combined weight fit on a standard bookshelf?

At 30.06 lbs total, the turntable and speaker pair need a sturdy shelf or stand; check the shelf’s load rating before placing the walnut-finished cabinets.
