Pure analog turntable

The Fluance RT81PWH is a belt-drive turntable finished in piano white for listeners who want a pure analog vinyl experience. It plays 33 and 45 RPM records through a high-fidelity signal path built around a solid engineered wood plinth.

Cartridge and isolation upgrades

The Audio Technica VM95E cartridge with diamond elliptical stylus mounts on a removable headshell for easy swapping and delivers 4.0mV output. An acrylic mat, dampened aluminum anti-resonant platter, and three adjustable isolation feet work together to reduce resonance and improve imaging.

Built-in phono stage limits

A Texas Instruments phono preamp with gold-plated RCA outputs and ground terminal lets you connect directly to a line-level input without an external phono stage. Buyers who prefer a separate preamp or need balanced outputs cannot bypass the internal stage.

Questions about this item

How often will the VM95E's diamond elliptical stylus need replacing?

The diamond elliptical stylus on the Audio Technica VM95E cartridge wears gradually; plan on a replacement stylus when you notice increased surface noise or tracking issues, and the removable headshell makes swapping it straightforward.

What limits playback time during a long listening session?

The belt-drive mechanism runs at 33 or 45 RPM with no auto-stop, so the practical limit is the length of each record side rather than the turntable itself.

How much heat or noise does the built-in preamp add after hours of play?

The Texas Instruments phono preamp and low-torque belt-drive motor produce negligible heat and stay silent, leaving only the faint mechanical hum of the platter bearing audible in a quiet room.
