Fluance RT85B Turntable Bamboo 16.76 lbs

Pure Analog Vinyl Playback

The Fluance RT85B is a reference-grade turntable built for listeners who want an uncompressed, all-analog signal path from stylus to gold-plated RCA outputs. It ships with an Ortofon 2M Blue nude elliptical cartridge mounted and aligned. The high-mass MDF plinth and acrylic platter combine to deliver warm, natural sound without digital processing.

Speed Stability at 0.07% Wow and Flutter

An isolated motor with electronic speed control holds platter velocity to a measured 0.07% wow and flutter. The belt-drive system relies on the acrylic platter’s inertia for consistent rotation. There is no pitch adjustment or quartz lock, so DJs or broadcasters needing variable speed or broadcast-grade accuracy should consider other models.

Heavy Bamboo-Finished Plinth with Isolation Feet

At 16.76 lbs the turntable resists external vibration through mass and adjustable resonance-damping feet. The real bamboo veneer wraps a dense MDF core, while the acrylic platter matches vinyl’s resonant frequency to cancel reverberation. No dust cover, phono stage or USB output is included, so buyers needing those features must add them separately.
