Complete vinyl system

The Fluance RT85BPA41W bundles a reference turntable, PA10 phono preamp, Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge and Ai41 powered speakers into one bamboo-finished package. Buyers who need separate component upgrades or a different cartridge profile should look elsewhere.

Sustained playback stability

A servo-controlled belt-drive motor keeps speed accurate over long listening sessions while the acrylic platter and high-mass MDF plinth resist resonance buildup. Three-point isolation feet further decouple the mechanism from shelf vibration during extended play.

RIAA equalisation and amplification limits

The PA10 preamp converts the phono signal to line level with strict RIAA accuracy before the 90-watt Class D amplifier drives the 5-inch bookshelf speakers. Users requiring higher output power or external amplifier integration cannot bypass the built-in amplification stage.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 90W Class D amplifier draw when the system runs all day?

The integrated 90W Class D amplifier powers the Ai41 speakers continuously; the complete package weighs 33.44 lbs and uses a servo-controlled motor for stable speed.

What cables or speaker wire are required to connect the turntable, preamp and Ai41 speakers out of the box?

The PA10 phono preamp connects the turntable to the Ai41 powered speakers using standard RCA interconnects; no separate speaker wire is needed because the amplifier is built into the speakers.

Will the Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge track properly on older records with wider groove modulation?

The Ortofon 2M Blue elliptical stylus provides improved linearity, higher channel separation and reduced distortion, making it well suited for a wide range of vinyl pressings.
