Lets two PCs share one monitor, keyboard, mouse, USB storage, printer or USB speaker at up to 1920 x 1440 resolution
The FOCUSTEC 260KL is a 2-port USB VGA KVM switch that lets two computers share one monitor, keyboard, mouse, USB flash drive, printer or USB speaker. It includes two 1.2 m combined VGA and USB cables for immediate setup. The unit supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1440 and DDC communication. Mechanical keyboards and mice are not supported.
This switch suits users who operate two computers and want a single screen, keyboard, mouse and USB device without unplugging cables. It works with Windows, Mac, Linux, DOS and several legacy operating systems. It is not for buyers who need 3.5 mm audio switching, mechanical keyboard support, docking station compatibility or more than two connected computers.
The switch comfortably handles 1920 x 1440 resolution video and standard USB keyboards, mice, flash drives, printers and USB speakers. The included cables reach 1.2 m, so computers placed further apart will need longer cables purchased separately. It runs out of headroom for setups requiring 3.5 mm audio, mechanical input devices or docking station passthrough.

The package includes two 1.2 m combined USB and VGA cables, each with a USB pigtail that plugs into the computer port, so no extra cables are needed for a basic two-PC setup.
The manufacturer states the 260KL does not support mechanical keyboards or mice, so you would need standard USB input devices instead.
Check the display settings on the active computer; if the resolution reads 1920 x 1440 and the image is stable, the switch is passing the full DDC-supported signal.
