97Wh replacement battery for Dell XPS 15

This 97Wh lithium-ion pack operates at 11.4V and uses six A-grade cells to match the original 6GTPY specifications. It fits Dell XPS 15 9550 9560 9570 7590 and Precision 5510 5520 5530 5540 workstations plus Vostro 7500 models. Two screwdrivers are included for installation.

Sustained capacity under daily workloads

The 8500mAh rating delivers consistent energy across long sessions rather than a brief peak. Lithium-ion chemistry maintains stable voltage through the discharge cycle so the laptop runs at full speed until the low-battery warning appears. Cell balancing across the six-cell layout prevents early capacity fade during repeated charge cycles.

Upgrades the standard 56Wh or 84Wh factory packs

Replacing a lower-capacity original extends runtime between charges for mobile professionals and field engineers. The jump is worthwhile when the existing battery no longer holds a full day of work or when the system throttles due to voltage sag. Not suited for ultra-thin chassis that only accept the slimmer 56Wh form factor.
