Size & vehicle fit

The tyre is sized 225/60R16 with a 16 inch rim diameter and a 98 load index. It carries an H speed rating allowing up to 130 mph and fits passenger cars, sedans, SUVs and CUVs. The 4-ply construction and SL load range suit everyday touring use.

Touring drivers vs other needs

Suits drivers wanting quiet all-season touring comfort with responsive steering and stable handling on dry, wet and light winter roads. Not for buyers who need a dedicated winter tyre for severe snow, a run-flat tyre for puncture mobility, or a higher load range for heavy-duty or commercial use.

Hydroplaning resistance

Four circumferential grooves evacuate water to reduce hydroplaning risk on wet roads. The symmetric ribbed tread and three centre ribs maintain contact for steering response and stability. This groove layout is the key spec for wet-weather safety.

Questions about this item

Will the 225/60R16 size fit the 16-inch rims I already have on my sedan?

Yes, the tire is built for a 16-inch rim diameter and the 225/60R16 sizing matches wheels of that diameter.

How can I confirm the tire is performing correctly after installation?

Check that the sidewall shows the 98H load index and speed rating, verify even tread wear across the 10/32-inch depth, and listen for the low noise levels the symmetric ribbed design provides.

Does the purchase include a wheel or just the tire itself?

Only the tire is included; the rim shown in images is for display and must be purchased separately.
