Turf tire for lawn and garden equipment

The Hi-Run WD1058 is a 23x9.50-12 turf-pattern tire built for mowers, utility carts and similar turf machines. Its 2-ply construction and 920 lb load capacity suit residential and light-commercial use where ground pressure must stay low.

Two-ply rating and 12 PSI inflation shape daily use

The 2-ply rating and 12 PSI maximum inflation keep the contact patch wide, reducing rutting on grass and soft soil. A 6.3 mm tread depth provides grip without aggressive biting edges that tear delicate surfaces.

All-season rubber compound

The rubber compound handles seasonal temperature swings but the tire is not rated for highway speeds or heavy loads beyond 920 lb. Builders needing higher ply ratings, wider sections or different rim diameters must choose another model.

Questions about this item

When will the 6/32-inch tread on this 23x9.5-12 tire need replacement?

Replace the tire once the tread wears down to 2/32 inch; with a starting depth of 6/32 inch you have roughly 4/32 inch of usable tread before it reaches the legal minimum.

What load limit applies first during sustained use of this 2-ply turf tire?

The 920 lb weight capacity at 12 PSI is the limiting factor; do not exceed this load or the pressure rating during continuous operation.

How much heat builds up in this 15.5 lb tire when run all day at 12 PSI?

Heat rise is controlled by staying within the 920 lb load and 12 PSI inflation; the turf tread and 2-ply construction are designed for low-speed, intermittent use rather than continuous high-speed running.
