138W USB-C AC Adapter

The FORIDA 138W USB-C AC adapter supplies up to 138W of power through a USB-C connection. It is intended for users who need a single charger for MacBook Pro models from 13 to 16 inches, MacBook Air 13-inch models from 2018 to 2022, iPad Pro 11 and 12.9-inch models from 2018 and 2020, and iPad Air 10.9-inch models. The package includes two cables for immediate use.

USB-C Power Delivery limits

The adapter negotiates power via USB Power Delivery and is compatible with devices that accept 29W, 30W, 61W, 67W, 87W, 96W, or 118W profiles. It will only deliver the maximum wattage the connected device requests, so a 61W laptop will not draw more than 61W. Devices without USB-C charging ports cannot use this adapter, and the total output is shared when both ports are active.

Braided cables and safety features

Two cables are included: a 6ft USB-C to USB-C cable for laptops and a 3.28ft USB-C to Lightning cable for iPhone. Both use thicker copper conductors wrapped in braided nylon rated for over 10000 bends. The charger housing contains a smart chip that provides over-current, over-voltage, overload, temperature, and short-circuit protection with auto-recovery. Buyers needing a MagSafe connector or a proprietary barrel-plug tip will need a different adapter.
