Mid-tower chassis for E-ATX builds

The Formula V Line Air Power G9 DUO PA is a steel mid-tower case that accepts ATX, E-ATX, Micro-ATX and ITX motherboards. It includes four pre-installed PA120 ARGB PWM fans, three at the front and one at the rear, each delivering 60.36 CFM airflow and 1.15 mm/H2O static pressure. Front I/O provides a Type C port, two USB 3.0 ports and HD audio. The dual-chamber layout separates the bottom-mounted power supply and cable routing from the main component area.

Dual front panels shape airflow and acoustics

Users can swap between a mesh panel for maximum intake and a tempered-glass window to display the ARGB lighting. Dust filters on the top and bottom help keep internals clean without restricting flow. With the mesh panel fitted, the three front 120 mm fans draw cool air across the graphics card and motherboard while the rear fan exhausts heat, giving a balanced pressure curve in typical desktop workloads.

Sustained-load cooling headroom

The chassis supports up to twelve 120 mm fans in total, with mounts at the front, top, rear, bottom and side. A 360 mm radiator can be installed in the roof for liquid-cooling the CPU during long rendering or compute sessions. Graphics cards up to 420 mm long and CPU coolers up to 182 mm tall fit without interference, so high-wattage components remain thermally stable over extended periods.

Questions about this item

How do I swap the front panel between the mesh and tempered-glass version, and which step do builders often miss?

Remove the two thumbscrews at the top edge, lift the panel off its lower hooks, then press the replacement panel onto the hooks before tightening the thumbscrews; the step most people forget is re-engaging both lower hooks before screwing the top down.

What maintenance will the pre-installed PA120 fans and the top dust filter need over time?

Clean the magnetic top dust filter every few months and wipe the four PA120 fan blades with a soft brush or compressed air; the fans use long-life bearings so no lubrication or replacement schedule is required.

What is the first thermal limit reached when running a 360 mm top radiator and a 420 mm GPU under sustained load?

The 182 mm CPU-cooler clearance caps the total radiator-and-fan stack height, so a thick 360 mm radiator with standard fans can contact the motherboard heatsinks before the GPU hits its 420 mm length limit.
