Questions about this item

How do I install the Fotosuncy case on the ZAQE M505 Pro 4.0 inch MP3 player without blocking the ports?

Align the case with the player so the cut-outs match every button and port, then press the edges down evenly until the slim fit snaps shut; the step people miss is checking the charging and headphone openings before fully seating the shell.

What maintenance will the included cleaning cloth and the matte black case need over time?

Wipe the case with the supplied cloth whenever fingerprints or dust appear; if the matte finish dulls, a slightly damp microfibre restores it, and the cloth itself can be hand-washed and air-dried for reuse.

What is the first limitation that appears when the case is used continuously in a warm pocket?

The snug 0.59 x 2.36 x 4.33 inch fit traps a small amount of heat, so after long sessions the player may feel warmer than without a case.
