FOXXD S13 5G 12GB 512GB Gray cell phones - unlocked

FOXXD S13 5G overview

The FOXXD S13 5G is an unlocked Android 14 smartphone built around a MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G platform. It ships with 12 GB of physical RAM plus 12 GB of virtual expansion, 512 GB of internal storage and a 6.67 inch FHD+ AMOLED panel running at 120 Hz. Dual nano-SIM slots and a 5 000 mAh battery complete the core package for users who want a single device for work and personal lines.

Memory and storage headroom

The 12 GB physical RAM combined with 12 GB extended RAM keeps over 40 background apps resident for instant switching. Internal storage of 512 GB holds large photo and video libraries without immediate pressure, and a microSD slot adds further capacity when needed. Heavy multitaskers and content creators will find the headroom generous, while users recording 108 MP stills or 4K video long-term may eventually require the expansion slot.

Bundled imaging and security extras

A 108 MP main camera captures high-resolution detail, while a 50 MP ultra-wide module with a 129° field of view fits expansive scenes and group shots. The side-mounted fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button unlocks the 8.1 mm slim chassis quickly. Together these features turn the handset into a capable everyday camera and a secure, pocket-friendly device.
