FPD Palette-Series CG32-P3 32" LED TV

The FPD Palette-Series CG32-P3 is a 32-inch LED TV built on the Google TV platform. It delivers 720p HD resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate with HDR10 support and a 3500:1 contrast ratio. Dolby Atmos audio is integrated alongside Bluetooth 5 and WI-FI 5 connectivity. The 2024 model includes a voice remote with Google Assistant for hands-free control.

Ideal for compact spaces and Google ecosystem users

This TV suits viewers who want a straightforward smart experience with built-in access to Netflix, YouTube and Hulu through a single interface. Buyers needing Full HD or 4K resolution should look elsewhere, as the panel is limited to 720p. Households requiring more than two HDMI 1.4 ports for consoles or media players will find the connectivity restrictive.

720p maximum resolution defines the use case

The panel supports a maximum resolution of 720p, which determines suitability for standard-definition streaming and casual viewing. HDR10 enhances contrast within that resolution but does not increase pixel count. Google Cast is built in for wireless streaming from phones or tablets, and the ATSC tuner handles over-the-air broadcasts. Two HDMI 1.4 inputs and two USB 2.0 ports complete the physical connections.

Questions about this item

How do I connect this 32-inch TV to my home network during the initial Google TV setup?

Connect the TV to your router using the LAN port or select your wireless network via the built-in Wi-Fi 5. The step many skip is signing into your Google account on the TV itself to sync apps and preferences from other devices.

Which replaceable part is most likely to fail first on the Palette-Series CG32-P3?

The Bluetooth 5 voice remote uses button-cell batteries that will need periodic replacement. The TV panel and internal power supply have no user-serviceable components.

At what point does the 720p panel show its limits during long viewing sessions?

The fixed 720p resolution and 60Hz refresh rate mean fast-motion content can lose detail during extended sports or gaming sessions, and the 3500:1 contrast ratio limits shadow depth in dark rooms.
