Who This Chair Fits

The Fractal Design Refine Gaming Chair in Alcantara Dark supports users from 1.65m to 2.0m tall and up to 125kg. The cold-cured foam seat and Alcantara upholstery provide a firm yet compliant surface for gaming or work.

What to Check Before Ordering

Verify that your floor area can accommodate the chair’s 107x68cm footprint and that doorways allow the 39cm depth through. The hubless 65mm soft PU casters roll on hard floors and low-pile carpet without marking. Ensure the 125° maximum recline and 13 lockable tilt positions match your preferred working angles.

Thermals Noise and Power

Passive materials mean no fan noise or electrical draw. Alcantara and cold-cured foam dissipate body heat without active cooling. The glass-fiber reinforced frame and aluminum wheelbase add structural stability without creaking. Soft PU wheels absorb vibration on hard surfaces, keeping the acoustic profile quiet during position changes.

Questions about this item

Does the chair arrive fully assembled or must I put it together, and are tools included?

The chair ships in parts and requires assembly; the box contains all necessary hardware and an Allen key for the bolts.

How do I decide between the Alcantara Dark version and the other colour option mentioned in the description?

Choose Alcantara Dark for a premium, automotive-grade fabric in a deep shade; the alternative is a lighter fabric if you prefer a brighter look.

What does the 125° recline angle mean when I am sitting at my desk?

You can lean back 125° from upright, lock any of 13 tilt positions, and the synchro-tilt moves seat and back together for ergonomic support.
