Smart RGB floor lamp for ambient decor

The FRIDEKO HOME FD02 is a standing floor lamp designed for living rooms, bedrooms and gaming spaces. It produces 800 lumens with a colour temperature range of 2700K to 6500K and offers 16 million RGB colours. Control is handled by a foot switch, an included remote or a smartphone app via Bluetooth. The lamp suits users who want dynamic mood lighting without complex installation.

Replaces basic fixed-white floor lamps

This model upgrades from single-colour floor lamps that only offer on-off or simple dimming. The jump is worth it when you want stepless 0 to 100 percent dimming, adjustable white tones from warm to cool, and full RGB colour mixing with music-sync effects. A 30-minute sleep timer adds automated fade-out for bedtime routines. It is not for buyers who need more than one lamp linked together or who require voice-assistant integration.

Limited to Bluetooth app and infrared remote

The lamp communicates only through its dedicated smartphone app and the supplied infrared remote; the app is not compatible with Alexa or other smart-home platforms. The remote requires a separate battery which is not included. There is no Wi-Fi, Thread, Matter or Zigbee radio built in, so the lamp cannot join a wider home-automation mesh or be controlled when the phone is off the local Bluetooth range.

Questions about this item

Does the FD02 need a wall outlet or can it run on batteries?

The floor lamp plugs into a mains socket and is switched on with the built-in foot switch; the remote control requires its own battery which is not supplied.

How do I connect the FD02 to the smartphone app?

After powering the lamp with the foot switch, open the app on your phone and pair it via Bluetooth; the app is not compatible with Alexa.

Will I need to replace the light source in the FD02?

The unit uses an integrated 9 W LED module rated at 800 lumens with a 2700 K to 6500 K range, so there is no separate bulb to change.
