Precision Pocket Scale for Lab and Home

The Fuzion FZ1000 is a compact digital scale with a 1000 gram capacity and .1 gram readability. It serves laboratories, kitchens and hobbyists who need reliable mass measurements for food, coins, jewelry or herbs. Six weighing modes cover grams, ounces, grains, carats, pennyweights and troy ounces. A minimum load of .5 grams is recommended for best results.

Consistent Accuracy During Extended Use

High precision sensors maintain stable readings throughout long weighing sessions rather than only on the first few samples. The tare function subtracts container weight up to the full 1000 gram limit so net weights stay correct batch after batch. An overload indicator warns immediately if the platform limit is exceeded. Auto power off after three minutes of inactivity preserves battery life between tasks.

Low Power Draw and Quiet Operation

Two AAA zinc cells power the scale with no fan or moving parts, so operation is silent in any environment. The backlit LCD displays large digits clearly without adding noticeable drain. A low battery symbol appears well before the cells are exhausted, preventing unexpected shutdowns. The stainless steel platform and protective lid keep the weighing surface clean and the electronics free of debris during daily use.

Questions about this item

Does the Fuzion FZ1000 run hot or drain its two AAA batteries quickly when left on all day?

The scale powers down automatically after three minutes of inactivity, so continuous operation is not typical; it draws from two AAA zinc cells only while weighing.

What must I already have for the Fuzion FZ1000 to work out of the box?

Two AAA zinc batteries are required; they are not included with the scale.

Can I still use my older Fuzion scale accessories with the FZ1000?

The FZ1000 is a standalone pocket scale with its own stainless-steel platform and protective lid; no legacy accessories are needed or referenced.
