Portable 10x12 inch Lightbox

The Gagne Inc Porta-Trace 1012-1 is a compact LED lightbox with a 10 by 12 inch viewing area. A stainless steel frame and thick Plexiglas surface create a rigid, flat workspace. Three integrated LEDs provide even illumination rated to last up to 50000 hours. The unit ships with a three-prong grounded plug and a built-in tilt-up device for angled use.

Check power and desk space

Verify that a standard grounded mains outlet is available near the intended work station. The lightbox requires a three-prong connection and draws power directly from the wall. Ensure the bench or table can accommodate the 10 by 12 inch footprint plus room for the tilt-up stand to lock back without obstruction. No battery or USB power option is included.

Steady output for long sessions

The three LEDs are rated for up to 50000 hours of operation, so brightness remains consistent during extended tracing, drafting or inspection tasks. Because the light source is fixed at three diodes, output does not ramp up or down with temperature cycles. The grounded plug and metal frame dissipate heat passively, keeping the Plexiglas surface cool to the touch throughout the work period.
