Digital Gift Card for Activewear

The Athleta AT-2000 is a new $20 digital gift card issued by Gap Inc. It provides immediate spending power across the full family of Gap brands. Shoppers receive a code that works online or in physical stores without a physical plastic card.

Replaces Physical Gift Cards

This digital format replaces the need to carry or mail a plastic card. The jump is worth it when you want instant delivery to an inbox or want to store the balance directly in Google Pay or Apple Wallet for contactless checkout at the register.

$20 Balance Across Multiple Brands

The fixed $20.00 value covers a single accessory, a pair of socks, or part of a larger apparel purchase at Athleta, Gap, Old Navy, or Banana Republic. It runs out once the balance hits zero and a maximum of five cards can be applied per online transaction, so larger orders need another payment method.

Questions about this item

How do I use the Athleta $20 gift card at a physical store?

Print the eGift Card page and present it at any Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, or Athleta store, including Outlet and Factory locations, for the associate to process like a regular gift card.

What is the correct way to redeem the card online without errors?

Enter the gift card number and PIN at checkout on gap.com, oldnavy.com, bananarepublic.com, or athleta.com; the step often missed is applying the card before any promotional codes to ensure the $20.00 value deducts properly.

If I return an item bought with this card, how is the refund handled?

Any refund for merchandise purchased with the eGift Card is issued as a new plastic gift card from Direct Consumer Services, usable at all listed brands and websites, rather than back to the original digital code.
