Replacement Wall Mount Keypad

This wired control panel replaces the original push-button station on LiftMaster, Chamberlain and Craftsman garage door openers built after 1995. It supports Green, Red and Purple Learn Button systems and works with AC screw, belt and chain drive units. The kit includes the backboard, circuit panel, three expansion screws and an instruction sheet.

Wired Installation and Daily Use

Power must be disconnected before the old panel is removed and the two low-voltage wires are passed through the back-cover hole and secured to the terminals. The large illuminated square button opens, closes or stops the door, a separate Light button toggles the opener lamp, and a Lock button disables all portable remotes for added security. Red and white connecting cords are not supplied.

Learn Button Compatibility Limits

The panel will not pair with openers that use a Yellow Learn Button, so owners of those newer models must choose a different control. Only the three specified Learn Button colours are supported, and the device draws its operating power from the opener itself rather than an independent supply.
