Garmin HRM 600 Heart Rate Monitor M XL wearable technology

Accurate Heart Rate & HRV Monitoring

The Garmin HRM 600 delivers real-time heart rate and heart rate variability data to compatible devices and the Garmin Connect app. It captures running dynamics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, balance and step speed loss when paired with a supported smartwatch. A rechargeable battery provides up to 2 months of life with one hour of daily use. The monitor records activities independently and syncs later when a watch cannot be worn.

For Data-Focused Athletes Needing Chest Strap

This unit suits runners, cyclists and multisport athletes who want detailed running dynamics and reliable HRV insights during training. Swimmers and team-sport players benefit from the 5 ATM water rating and onboard activity recording when a wrist device is impractical. Buyers who only need basic heart rate zones without advanced metrics or who prefer wrist-based optical sensing should look at simpler alternatives.

Adjustable Strap Fits 23.5" to 47" Chest Sizes

The M-XL strap accommodates chest circumferences from 23.5 inches up to 47 inches, covering a wide range of adult physiques. Machine-washable fabric and a secure closure keep the sensor stable during high-intensity movement. Users with chest measurements outside this range will not achieve a proper fit with this size option.
