Scale and licensing

This is a 1/64 scale diecast model of the 2023 GMC Hummer EV SUV finished in green metallic with a black top. Produced by GCD as an officially licensed product, it arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging and is aimed at adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts.

Adjustable Crab Walk axle and removable parts

The model features an adjustable Crab Walk axle that replicates the vehicle's distinctive four-wheel steering capability. Removable tops and passenger windows allow display configuration changes, while real rubber tires and a detailed interior and exterior add realism. The diecast metal body with some plastic parts comes inside a plastic display showcase.

Limited edition collectible status

This release is a limited edition, meaning availability is restricted to a finite production run. Collectors seeking a rare, officially licensed replica of the Hummer EV SUV with the specific green metallic and black top colour scheme should note this constraint.

Questions about this item

Does the adjustable Crab Walk axle on this 1/64 scale model need any lubrication or parts replacement over time?

The diecast metal and plastic construction is sealed; the Crab Walk axle is a fixed display mechanism that does not require lubrication or spare parts.

What is the first limitation when the removable tops and passenger windows are handled repeatedly?

The small plastic clips holding the tops and windows can fatigue after frequent removal, so handle them sparingly to avoid breakage.

Will the real rubber tyres degrade or the paint fade if the showcase sits on a shelf all day?

Rubber tyres may slowly harden under constant light and heat, while the green metallic finish resists fading under normal indoor conditions.
