GCON USB Buck Converter 2pcs DC-DC Adapter 10-32V to 5V 9V Dual USB QC 3.0 2.5A 30W

SKU CH-PZ7E-FXKJ9

Converts 10-32V DC to dual USB 5V/9V QC 3.0 with 2.5A per port and over-voltage protection

  • Wide 10-32V input fits many power sources
  • Dual USB ports charge two devices at once
  • QC 3.0 and multiple fast-charge protocols supported
  • 5A 30W per port delivers strong output
  • Over-voltage protection and input fuse add safety

Dual USB buck converter

The GCON dual USB buck converter steps down DC input from 10 to 32 volts to a 5 volt default output, switching up to 12 volts when quick charge is triggered. Each port delivers a rated 2.5 amps and 30 watts, supporting QC 2.0, QC 3.0, MTK PE 1.1 and 2.0, AFC, FCP and SFCP protocols. Built-in output over-voltage protection and an input fuse guard connected devices.

Vehicle and DIY power projects

This board suits installers adding fast-charge USB ports to 12 or 24 volt vehicle systems, solar setups or custom DC distribution panels. It is not for mains-voltage appliances, laptop charging beyond 30 watts per port, or builds that require isolated output or programmable voltage steps outside the automatic quick-charge range.

30 watt per port quick-charge rating

The 2.5 amp, 30 watt per port limit decides whether the adapter can power your device at full quick-charge speed. Check your device’s peak draw; if it exceeds 30 watts on a single port, the converter will not sustain maximum rate.

Questions about this item

What input voltage source do I need to power the 10-32V DC range on this converter?

Any DC supply between 10 V and 32 V — such as a 12 V car battery, a 24 V industrial rail or a bench supply set within that window — will power the module.

Will the dual USB ports still deliver 5 V to older phones that only accept standard USB charging?

Yes. The output defaults to 5 V and only steps up to 9 V after a quick-charge handshake, so legacy devices draw 5 V at up to 2.5 A per port.

How can I confirm each port is supplying the rated 2.5 A once installed?

Connect a USB load tester or a device with a built-in current meter; each port should show up to 2.5 A at 5 V (or 9 V when quick charge is active) without triggering the over-voltage protection or blowing the input fuse.
