Control two computers with one keyboard, mouse and monitor at up to 3840×2160@60Hz via HDMI 2.0 and USB 2.0
This HDMI KVM switch lets you control two computers with a single keyboard, mouse and monitor. It is built for users who need to share one display and USB peripherals between a pair of systems. The unit operates without any driver installation, so it is ready to use as soon as the cables are connected.
The switch complies with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2, passing video signals up to 3840 by 2160 at 60 Hz while remaining backward compatible with lower resolutions such as 4K at 30 Hz. Two USB 2.0 ports accept keyboards, mice, printers or other peripherals; the keyboard and mouse must be plugged into the USB 1.1 port for correct switching operation. EDID emulation keeps application windows in place when you change the active computer.
The device has no fan and draws power from the connected computers, so it adds no audible noise and negligible heat to the workspace. Switching between systems takes roughly three to four seconds whether you press the front-panel button or use the hotkey combination. It supports Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP, Mac OS and Linux.

The switch supports up to 3840x2160 at 60 Hz and is backward compatible with lower resolutions such as 4K at 30 Hz, limited by the connected monitor.
Each computer needs an HDMI cable and a USB cable to the switch; the monitor connects via a single HDMI cable, and keyboard and mouse plug into the USB 1.1 ports on the switch.
Press the white panel button or use the hotkey sequence; wait 3 to 4 seconds for the switch to complete, and ensure the keyboard and mouse are plugged into the USB 1.1 ports so the hotkeys register.
