Four-Computer KVM Switch

This GCROWN KVM switch lets one keyboard, mouse and monitor control four computers. Four USB 3.0 ports share peripherals such as wireless keyboards, mice, printers and scanners across all connected systems. A wired desktop controller and front-panel button provide two ways to change the active computer instantly.

EDID Lock Maintains Layout

The switch stores the display's resolution and refresh rate so window positions stay fixed when switching between computers. It supports 4K at 60 Hz and 2K at 120 Hz, along with 4K at 30 Hz, 3D and 1080P signals. Ultrawide monitors work without additional configuration.

Passive Cooling and USB 3.0 Power

No fans are present, so operation is silent during normal use. The unit draws power from the USB 3.0 host connections, delivering up to 5 Gbps data throughput while remaining compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices. HDMI 2.0 cables are required for the highest resolutions.

Questions about this item

How much power does the GCROWN 4-port KVM draw when it runs all day?

The unit is bus-powered from the connected computers via USB 3.0, so it adds no separate wall-wart load and draws only the small current the host ports supply.

What cables must I already own to connect four computers to this switch?

You need four HDMI 2.0 cables and four USB 3.0 upstream cables (one set per computer); the desktop controller and its cable are included in the box.

Will my older 1080P monitors work correctly with the EDID emulation on this KVM?

Yes — the switch stores each display’s resolution and refresh rate, so 1080P and lower resolutions are preserved when switching between the four computers.
