Shares three monitors and four USB 3.0 ports between two computers with 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz support
This GCROWN KVM switch connects two computers to three shared displays and four USB 3.0 peripherals. It supports both extended and mirrored desktop modes across all monitors. Driver-free operation works with Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix and Ubuntu. A wired remote and front-panel button provide two ways to switch the active system.
The switch passes video through one HDMI 2.1 and two DisplayPort 1.4 inputs per computer. Maximum supported timing is 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz, though final resolution depends on the graphics cards, monitors and cables used. USB 3.0 ports deliver 5 Gbps data throughput, ten times the speed of USB 2.0.
The unit comfortably handles three simultaneous 4K high-refresh displays plus keyboard, mouse, printer and flash drives on the shared USB hub. It runs out of headroom when either source cannot drive the required pixel clock over HDMI 2.1 or DP 1.4, or when more than two computers need access. Buyers needing four or more monitored systems should look elsewhere.

Extended mode drives three independent screens while mirrored mode duplicates the same image across all three; pick extended for multitasking across monitors and mirrored for presentations.
The switch passes up to 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz through its HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4 ports, but the actual resolution depends on your graphics cards, monitors and cables.
It provides one HDMI 2.1 and two DisplayPort 1.4 inputs per computer, limiting video throughput to the 8K@60Hz or 4K@144Hz ceilings those standards allow.
