Lets two computers share a printer, scanner, keyboard or other USB devices with a 1.5 m desktop controller or panel button
The GCROWN KVM switch lets two computers share a single printer, scanner, keyboard or other USB peripheral without unplugging cables. It works driver-free across Windows, Linux, Unix, Netware and Mac systems. A built-in signal chip keeps transmission stable over the supplied cables.
Users who want a remote desktop toggle on a 1.5 m lead can switch devices from their seat. The front-panel button gives a second, immediate way to change the active computer. Buyers who need more than two connected hosts or who require automatic port sensing should look at a different solution.
Input cables up to 5 m and output leads from 0.3 m to 2 m are supported, so the switch copes with typical desk layouts. The 1.5 m controller cables included in the box cover most side-by-side PC setups. Longer runs beyond 5 m or installations needing powered hubs will exceed the rated limits.
