Compact cyan LCD projector for mobile presentations

The GE J12c Pro is a portable LCD projector with a native 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 5000:1 contrast ratio. It projects an image from 40 to 220 inches at distances between 1.3 and 6 metres. The unit includes a built-in speaker and a mini stand for quick tabletop setup.

Suits travelling professionals

Buyers who need a lightweight projector for occasional meetings, classroom use or movie nights will find the 1080P output and simple HDMI connectivity convenient. It is not for users who require installed ceiling mounts, lens shift, keystone correction or wireless streaming without an external dongle.

Fits a laptop bag and runs from a single HDMI source

The projector accepts video through its HDMI port and plays audio through the integrated speaker, so no separate sound system is required for basic use. A mini stand is included for immediate tabletop placement. The lamp is rated for 62000 hours, reducing the need for replacements during the product’s life.

Questions about this item

What source device with an HDMI output do I need to connect to the GE J12c Pro projector?

Any device that provides a standard HDMI video signal — such as a TV stick, laptop, smartphone with a video-out adapter, PC or USB media player — will work with the projector's HDMI input.

Will the projector accept a 1080p signal from my older laptop that only outputs at 60 Hz?

Yes, the projector's native resolution is 1920 x 1080 and its vertical refresh rate is 60 Hz, so a 1080p 60 Hz source matches the display exactly.

How can I verify the image is being displayed at the correct 1920 x 1080 resolution after setup?

Open the on-screen menu or info display; it will report the current input resolution as 1920 x 1080 when the source is set to the projector's native Full HD mode.
