A 30 A, two-pole miniature circuit breaker rated 120/240 V AC with 10 kA interrupting capacity, DIN-rail or surface mount, and UL listing for GE panelboards
This GE THQC miniature circuit breaker provides 30 A overcurrent protection on a 120/240 V AC single-phase supply. It mounts on a surface or DIN rail and fits GE panelboards that accept the 100 A THQ frame. A toggle actuator gives clear on/off indication. The unit carries a UL listing and a 10 kA interrupting rating at rated voltage.
The breaker suits contractors and maintenance teams adding or replacing a 30 A two-pole circuit in compatible GE equipment. Lug terminals accept copper wire from 14 AWG to 8 AWG or aluminium from 12 AWG to 8 AWG. Installers needing a DC-rated device or a different pole count should select another model.
The 10 kA AIR rating at 120/240 V AC is the key figure that determines whether this breaker can safely clear a fault in your panel. Verify that the available short-circuit current at the installation point does not exceed this value before fitting the device.

The breaker is rated for a maximum AIR of 10 kA at 120/240V AC, so it can safely interrupt fault currents up to that level on a compatible single-phase panel.
It occupies two poles in a GE panelboard, mounts on a surface or DIN rail, and measures 3.3 in long, 2 in wide and 2.4 in deep.
Strip copper wire to 14–8 AWG or aluminium to 12–8 AWG, insert fully into the lug, and torque to the panelboard manufacturer’s specification to avoid loose connections.
