Geekria Velour Headband Pad

This replacement headband pad uses velour material to restore comfort on compatible Sennheiser headphones. It fits the HD 515, 518, 555, 558, 569, 595 and 598CS models. The black cover measures 14 by 3.7 centimetres and replaces a worn original part. Installation refreshes the headband without replacing the entire headset.

Fits existing headband structure

The pad slips over the current metal or plastic headband frame, requiring no tools or adhesive. It covers the top contact area to distribute weight evenly across the crown. One cover is included in the package, leaving ear pads and cables untouched. Buyers who need a complete headband assembly or ear-cushion replacements will not find them here.

Replaces deteriorated factory padding

The upgrade is worthwhile when the original foam has flattened, cracked or peeled after extended use. Velour provides a softer surface that resists heat build-up during long sessions. If the headband frame itself is bent or the attachment points are broken, this pad alone will not restore proper fit.

Does the pad trap heat or cause sweating during long listening sessions?
