Thermal Pad for Uneven Surfaces

The GP-Ultimate thermal pad delivers 15 W/mK conductivity across a 120×20 mm sheet. It bridges height differences on DRAM ICs, VRM ICs, power MOSFETs and other SMD components. The material is non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive, non-curing and non-toxic. Two pads are included in the pack.
