Targeted Relief

The Gemdeck massage pillow delivers shiatsu-style kneading through eight rotating nodes that mimic hand pressure on the neck and back. Infrared heating is optional and can be activated for added warmth during a session. A 15-minute auto shut-off and overheat protection stop the unit automatically for safety. The breathable mesh and linen fabric cover feels soft against skin.

Dual Power Freedom

An AC adapter accepting 110-220V input and a 12V DC car adapter are both included in the box. This lets the pillow run from a wall outlet at home or from a vehicle socket while travelling. Four simple buttons on the unit control power, heat, direction and speed without a separate remote. The fabric cover is removable for cleaning.

Session Limits

Each massage cycle runs for a maximum of 15 minutes before the automatic shut-off engages, so continuous use beyond that requires a manual restart. The eight nodes cover a focused area on the neck, shoulders or lower back rather than the full spine at once. Users wanting longer unattended sessions or broader coverage will need a different device.

Questions about this item

Does the 15-minute auto shut-off mean I have to restart it for a longer session?

Yes, the pillow stops after 15 minutes; press the power button again to resume another cycle.

What stops the device first during a long massage — heat or the timer?

The 15-minute timer always stops the session first; overheat protection only activates if internal temperature rises unusually high.

How much power does it draw from a car socket during a full day of driving?

It runs on 12 V DC from the car adapter and 110-220 V AC from the wall adapter; both supply low-voltage DC to the pillow.
