Handles 10 to 24 AWG wire range

The tool processes insulated and non-insulated terminals from 22 to 10 AWG (0.5 to 6.0 mm²) and covers all wire from 10 to 24 AWG (0.2 to 6.0 mm²). Stripping diameter adjusts automatically for different cross sections, while cutting length is limited between 0.2 mm and 6 mm maximum.

Questions about this item

Will the TK1055 handle the 10 AWG wires I already use in my automotive harnesses?

Yes, the stripper covers 10-24 AWG so your 10 AWG wires fall within the supported range.

How can I confirm the automatic stripping adjustment is working correctly after I start using the tool?

Strip a test wire; the blade should cleanly remove insulation without nicking the conductor across the 0.2-6.0 mm range.

Does the package include the 12 V power supply or do I need to source that separately?

The box contains only the automatic wire stripper unit; a 12 V supply is not included and must be purchased separately.
