430-Piece 5-in-1 STEM Robotics Kit
This GENERIC 8037 kit contains 430 building blocks that assemble into five motorised models including an excavator, bulldozer, whirl hammer robot, harvester and construction robot. It is designed for children aged six to fourteen and supports both remote-control and app-based operation for hands-on STEM learning.
App and Remote Control Setup
The kit pairs with a mobile app that adds gyro steering, driving simulation, navigation paths and visual programming alongside the standard four-channel remote. No soldering or tools are required, but the lithium-ion battery must be charged before first use and the app may need updating on older phones.
Age Range and Space Requirements
The box measures 14.33in W x 12.83in H x 9.06in D and weighs 2 pounds, so ensure a clear floor area for 360° rotation and large model footprints. The product is certified to ASTM and CPSIA standards and uses non-toxic ABS plastic, but it is not suitable for children under six due to small parts.

Questions about this item
How do I verify the 360° rotation works after building the excavator?
Use the remote or app to command a full spin; the model should turn smoothly in place through 360 degrees without binding.
What comes in the box and what must I supply?
The kit includes 430 building blocks for five models and a controller; you only need to charge the built-in lithium-ion battery before first use.
Which of the five models suits a beginner?
The excavator is the recommended first build — it uses the core RC functions and demonstrates the 360° rotation and app programming modes.
