Questions about this item

What does the 65 W rating mean when the hub is powering a laptop and driving a 4K 60 Hz display at the same time?

The hub can deliver up to 60 W through its USB-C PD port while the HDMI output runs at 4K 60 Hz, so most ultraportables charge at full speed even during video playback.

Which USB standard does the single Type-A port use, and what transfer ceiling does that impose?

The port is USB 3.0, limiting connected drives or peripherals to a 5 Gbit/s theoretical maximum.

Will the adapter fit alongside other cables on a crowded desk or in a travel pouch?

It weighs 0.21 kg and uses a compact 3-in-1 GaN design, so it occupies minimal space beside other connectors.
