Portable Bluetooth speaker with 3 W output

The Generic WHD-9000-SLM is a gold-coloured multimedia speaker weighing 50 grams and measuring 3.048 in x 2.54 in x 2.54 in. It connects wirelessly to phones, tablets and computers via Bluetooth. A 1.18-inch woofer in a 2.1 configuration delivers sound from a 20 hertz response bandwidth. The speaker is new and includes a remote.

Sustained playback from a coin-sized chassis

The 3 W amplifier drives the tiny driver continuously without a separate power supply, drawing energy from the internal battery during music or call sessions. Bluetooth range extends to 30 feet, or 12 metres, so the source device can stay in a bag or on a desk while the speaker sits nearby. Volume and clarity remain stable across that distance because the radio link and amplifier share the same compact circuit.

Replaces pocket-sized phone speakers for calls

The unit adds a physical answer-call button and a photo selfie trigger that a bare handset lacks. It upgrades any device that only has a built-in mono speaker by providing stereo separation and bass presence. Buyers who need room-filling sound, multi-room sync or a rugged outdoor enclosure will not find those features here.

Questions about this item

Does the 3 W speaker get hot during all-day playback?

At 3 watts total power the driver stays cool to the touch even after hours of continuous use.

What source device do I need to pair with the Bluetooth speaker?

Any phone, tablet or computer with Bluetooth can connect — no extra hardware or cables are required.

Will the 30-foot Bluetooth range still work if I keep my older phone in another room?

The 30-foot operating range holds through typical interior walls, so an older handset in the next room stays connected.
