Genuine Joe Microfiber Mophead Refill

This blue microfiber mophead refill is made for commercial cleaning staff and facility managers who need a reusable head for large floor areas. It fits the Genuine Joe Complete Wet Mop with a 60 inch gripper handle, which is sold separately.

Microfiber Material Reduces Chemical Use

The microfiber construction absorbs more liquid than traditional yarn and cuts the amount of cleaning chemical required for each job. A textured surface loosens dirt and holds it until the head is laundered, while the canvas headband withstands repeated wash cycles.

Simple Attachment With Separate Handle Required

The refill slides onto the compatible gripper handle for quick changes, but the handle itself is not included in the package. Buyers who do not already own the matching 60 inch handle will need to purchase it separately before the mophead can be used.

Questions about this item

How many wash cycles can the microfiber mophead refill withstand before replacement?

The microfiber mophead delivers a minimum five times the launderability of traditional yarn mops, so it lasts through many more wash cycles before needing replacement.

What limits the cleaning performance of the mophead during extended use on large jobs?

The mophead is very absorbent and the textured finish loosens and holds dirt until washed, so the practical limit is the point when the mophead becomes saturated and requires laundering.

Does the microfiber mophead require more chemical solution or water when used all day compared to traditional mops?

With microfiber, less chemical is required, so it uses less solution and water during all-day cleaning than traditional blended looped yarn mopheads.
