12-Pack Rayon Mop Heads

This carton contains twelve Genuine Joe N20RAYCT cut-end mop heads. Each head uses four-ply rayon yarn on a narrow one-inch headband. The natural-colour fibres are mildew-resistant and require no break-in period before first use.

Janitorial Teams and Facility Managers

The bulk pack suits cleaning crews who need a steady supply of absorbent mop heads for general floor care and disinfecting. Buyers who want a looped-end design, synthetic blend or a different headband width should look at something else.

Quick Swap on Standard Frames

The narrow headband slides onto compatible mop frames without tools or assembly. A common issue is ordering the wrong headband size, so confirm the frame takes a one-inch band before fitting.

Questions about this item

What mop handle headband width is required for the 1" narrow headband on these mopheads?

The mopheads have a 1" narrow headband, so you need a handle with a matching 1" headband opening or a clamp that accepts a 1" headband.

Will the 16 oz weight of each mophead feel heavier than a standard cotton mop when wet?

Each mophead weighs approximately 16 oz dry; rayon absorbs water quickly and releases it fast, so the wet weight is comparable to cotton but it dries faster to reduce mildew.

How can I confirm the 4-ply rayon construction is performing as intended during the first use?

You should see immediate absorbency with no break-in period, minimal lint left on the floor, and quick water release when wrung out.
