What the kit provides

The GIDEALED GD-CW03-10 is a 32.8ft COB RGB LED strip kit that runs on 24V and draws 12W. It targets homeowners and DIY decorators who want continuous, dot-free colour lighting for indoor spaces such as bedrooms, kitchens or living rooms.

How the bundled controls change the experience

The package includes a 24V power supply, a Bluetooth controller and an IR remote so you can adjust 16 million colours and 1%–100% dimming without a separate hub. The Bluetooth app adds timed on/off, music synchronisation and group control for multiple strips.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Ideal for renters or owners wanting plug-and-play accent lighting that can be cut to length and stuck with the supplied 3M adhesive. Not suited for outdoor installations, high-output task lighting or projects that require hard-wired mains connection or DMX integration.

Questions about this item

Can the 6720 COB LEDs on the 32.8ft strip be replaced individually if one fails?

The strip is a single sealed roll; individual COB LEDs cannot be swapped. If a section fails you would cut at the marked intervals and reconnect or replace that segment.

What limits continuous operation of the 12W 24V kit first — controller heat or power-supply capacity?

The included 24V power supply is rated for the 12W load, so the controller’s thermal limit under sustained full-brightness output is the practical ceiling.

How much heat does the 32.8ft roll produce when running all day at full brightness?

At 12W total draw the strip emits low heat; the COB design spreads warmth evenly along the 10m length, making it safe for indoor surfaces during extended use.
