Time-recording bread box

The Gifhomfix BB-01 is a grey food-storage container with a built-in dial that lets you set the month and day you placed items inside. It targets home cooks who want a visual reminder of freshness without relying on memory or separate labels. The airtight design suits everyday countertop use.

12 x 6.1 x 6.2 in capacity

Internal dimensions of 12 by 6.1 by 6.2 inches accommodate most standard loaves, muffins and bagels. Longer breads such as baguettes must be sliced to fit, so buyers storing full-length artisan loaves should verify the measurements before purchase.

Drain board and air valve

A removable drain tray sits at the bottom, allowing moisture from washed fruit or vegetables to collect away from the food. An adjustable air valve on the lid lets you control airflow, while four buckles and a silicone seal maintain the airtight closure.

Questions about this item

How does the time recording dial help me track freshness in daily use?

The dial on the lid lets you set the exact month and day you stored the bread, so you can see at a glance how long it has been in the container without opening it.

What does the airtight seal with silicone strip and four buckles actually prevent?

The silicone sealing strip and four firm buckles lock out air and moisture, while the adjustable air valve lets you control airflow to keep bread fresher for longer.

Will a full-size baguette fit inside the 12 x 6.1 x 6.2 in container?

The interior measures 12 by 6.1 by 6.2 inches, so a whole baguette is too long; you would need to slice it before storing it in this box.
